Account Rules

Registration & Identity Verification

Each member may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses held in those accounts will be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Do not share your password or OTP with anyone under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Policy

Jililudo believes receiving winnings promptly is every member's right. That's why we guarantee payouts within 15 minutes for smaller amounts.

Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Only one large withdrawal request is processed per day.
  • You cannot withdraw any portion of a bonus until its wagering requirement has been fully met.
  • Large withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification is not complete.

Payout Timeframe

  • Up to ৳5,000: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • ৳5,000 – ৳50,000: 2–24 hours.
  • Above ৳50,000 (KYC completed): 24–48 hours.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms

  • The wagering requirement for each bonus must be fulfilled before winnings can be withdrawn.
  • A specified wagering amount must be bet before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Bonuses cannot be stacked — you must complete one before claiming the next.
  • Bonus validity is generally 7 to 30 days.
  • If suspicious betting patterns are detected — such as placing bets on both sides of an outcome to exploit bonuses — the bonus will be voided.
  • Multiple members of the same household are not eligible to each claim a separate welcome bonus.

Wagering Calculation Rules

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements:

  • Slot games: count 100%.
  • Sports Betting (odds 1.8+): counts 100%.
  • Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette): counts at 10–20%.
  • Progressive jackpot slots: count at 5% toward wagering requirements, or may be excluded entirely.

Betting Rules

General Betting Terms

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, Jililudo reserves the right to void that bet.
  • Bets will not be accepted if your account does not have sufficient balance.
  • Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

  • Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
  • Placing bets on both sides of the same match to manipulate odds (arbitrage betting).
  • Intentionally exploiting any bug or technical error in a game or the system.
  • Participating in match fixing or any related activities.
  • Placing bets using another member's account.
Match Cancellation or Abandonment

If a sports match is cancelled or abandoned before completion, the bets on that match are generally voided and stakes are returned to your balance. However, specific rules may apply in certain cases — see the FAQ below for details.

Account Closure Policy

  • Registering with false information.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Cheating or system manipulation.
  • Suspected money laundering.
  • Bonus abuse.
  • Harassment or misconduct toward other members.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any bonus balance may be forfeited. However, members retain the right to recover their own deposited funds — unless there are legal questions regarding the source of those funds.

Common Questions About Our Terms

When a match is cancelled or abandoned mid-way, Jililudo follows the rules below. For pre-match bets: if the match is fully cancelled, all bets are voided and the stake is returned to your balance. However, if the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours, bets may remain valid for the new time. For live betting: settlement is based on events that had already occurred at the time the match stopped. For example, if you had a bet on "150+ runs in the first innings" and those runs had already been scored, the bet will be settled as a win.
